How our business model works
We are a B2B wholesale liquidation merchant. Every listing on our website is a wholesale pallet, manifested lot, or full truckload — not an individual consumer product. Minimum order is one pallet. Our buyers are professional resellers operating on Amazon FBA, eBay, StockX, GOAT, Mercari, Poshmark, Depop, Vinted, flea markets, and brick-and-mortar discount retailers across the world.
Prices are listed in USD. Pallet pricing covers the goods only — international freight is quoted separately and paid to the buyer’s chosen freight forwarder. We do not sell individual single-unit products to consumers.
How we source the inventory
All inventory on our site is sourced through legitimate US-retailer liquidation channels:
- Shelf-pull and overstock from US retail chains
- Customer-return processing centers and manifested liquidation auctions
- European brand-overstock partners for sneakers, fashion, and beauty palettes
Each pallet is photographed at intake, with the actual photos shown on the product page. A line-item manifest is available on request before purchase so you can verify the contents match expectations.
Authenticity guarantee
We guarantee that every branded item we ship is the genuine product made by the named manufacturer. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized-reproduction goods. If any unit fails an authentication check by an industry-standard authenticator (StockX, GOAT, eBay Authenticity Guarantee, etc.), we will refund the affected unit and pay return freight for that unit, subject to a claim filed within thirty (30) days of delivery with photographic and authentication documentation.
We do not represent Liquidation Stock Direct as an authorized retailer, dealer, distributor, or partner of Nike, Apple, Dior, Chanel, Versace, Gucci, Armani, Adidas, Zara, SHEIN, Primark, Vans, Hoka, Hugo Boss, Haglofs, Milwaukee, DeWalt, Ninja, Sephora, Victoria’s Secret, or any other brand whose products may appear in our pallets. Brand names appear in our listings strictly to identify the products contained in a pallet.
Returns and damage claims
تخضع منصات (بالات) التصفية بالجملة لسياسة الاسترداد والمرتجعات المنشورة لدينا: تُقبل المرتجعات خلال 30 يوماً من تاريخ التسليم، مع رسوم إعادة تخزين بنسبة 15٪ وتحمّل المشتري تكاليف شحن الإرجاع على الحمولات غير المعيبة. وإضافةً إلى حق الإرجاع هذا، نوفّر وسائل حماية العملاء التالية:
- Shipment-matches-manifest guarantee: if the line-item manifest provided before purchase does not match the delivered units, we issue a partial refund equivalent to the unit value of the missing items.
- Grade-condition guarantee: if the overall condition grade (A+, A, A-B, B+) materially does not match the displayed grade, we will accept return of the pallet at our cost or issue a partial refund.
- Damaged-in-transit claims: photograph any visible damage at intake and submit a claim within thirty (30) days of delivery for review.

Shipping and freight
Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment from our US warehouses. We ship via the buyer’s nominated freight forwarder. Ocean freight to MENA, West Africa, LatAm, and Asia takes 2 to 6 weeks; air freight 3 to 7 days. A commercial invoice with HS codes, declared values, and packing list is provided for customs clearance with every shipment.
