Frequently asked questions
- What's inside a wholesale cosmetics lot?
- Most lots mix brand-name makeup and beauty items: lipsticks, lip gloss, foundation, concealer, eyeshadow palettes, nail polish, and eyelash or brow kits, ranging from drugstore favorites to viral indie brands. The exact assortment varies by lot, and itemized listings show what's inside before you buy.
- What condition are the cosmetics in?
- The majority are shelf-pulls: unused stock pulled from retail shelves, not customer returns. The items are in good, sellable condition, though some may carry retail stickers or minor packaging wear. Every order is backed by our written 95% sellable guarantee.
- Are the cosmetics lots manifested?
- Many are. Itemized lots come with a manifest on the listing page so you can see the mix and unit count before ordering. Others are quote-only mystery loads described in the listing, where you get a varied assortment within the category rather than a line-by-line list.
- What's the minimum order, and how does pricing work?
- There's no forced high minimum. You can start with a single pallet or boxed lot, all priced in USD, and volume discounts apply as you scale up. For quote-only loads, send the lot through the website or our email quote to get a price.
- Can you ship cosmetics to my country?
- Yes. We're US-based and ship worldwide. Cosmetics are small and light, so most lots go out as boxed ground parcels, and our Pallet Breakdown Service can split a pallet into boxed parcels if you have no loading dock. International freight and destination duties are quoted separately from the lot price; the free calculators at /tools help estimate landed cost.
