What's inside a wholesale liquidation lot?

Each lot is US retailer inventory grouped by category, such as apparel, cosmetics, personal care, electronics, tools, or general merchandise. The stock is a mix of overstock, shelf pulls, and customer returns. The listing states the category and condition, but exact brands and styles vary from load to load because we process high volume.

What condition are the items, and are the lots manifested?

Most items are shelf pulls and overstock in good, resellable condition, with some returns; packaging may show wear, retail stickers, or open boxes. Many lots ship with an itemized manifest you can view and download from the listing. Others are quote-only mystery loads, described by category rather than line item.

How does pricing and quoting work?

Priced lots show a USD price you can order directly on the website. Quote-only loads and larger orders run through our email quote, where we confirm current availability and volume pricing. International freight and destination duties are quoted separately and are not included in the lot price.

Can you ship to my country, and do I need a loading dock?

We are US-based and ship worldwide, with buyers across Africa, Latin America, MENA, Asia, and Europe. No loading dock is required: our Pallet Breakdown Service splits a pallet into boxed ground parcels. Freight and any import duties are quoted on top of the lot price and set by your destination country.

Is there a minimum order, and what does the guarantee cover?

There are no forced high minimums. You can start with a single pallet and scale up, with volume discounts at larger quantities. Every lot carries a written 95% sellable guarantee, so at least 95% of items arrive in sellable condition. If something is off, our team makes it right.
