TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of liquidationstockdirect.com (the "Site"), operated by Liquidation Stock Direct ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing a wholesale order, you agree to these Terms.
1. WHO WE ARE
Liquidation Stock Direct is an independent United States wholesale liquidation merchant. We sell wholesale pallets, manifested lots, and full truckloads of US-retailer liquidation inventory to professional resellers, retailers, and freight forwarders worldwide. We are a business-to-business (B2B) merchant; we do not sell single-unit products to consumers.

2. OUR PLATFORM
This Site is an independently operated storefront built on the Next.js framework and hosted on Hostinger. The product catalog, content, and storefront are our own and are not a listing on any third-party marketplace. No card is charged on this Site and we do not operate a hosted card checkout. Orders are placed on invoice terms and paid off-site against a pro-forma invoice, as set out in section 3. Form submissions (newsletter, quote requests, contact) are transmitted to us through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and by email.
3. HOW ORDERS WORK
Orders on this Site are placed on invoice terms. No card is charged when you place an order, and no payment is taken on the Site itself.
- You place the order on the Site. Our wholesale minimum order is $500 USD in merchandise.
- We email a pro-forma invoice, typically within one business day.
- You settle that invoice by one of the methods below. Our payment desk emails the exact payment details for the method you chose.
- Goods are released for dispatch once payment has cleared.
Accepted payment methods:
- Buyers in the United States: Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, Chime.
- International buyers: bank wire / SWIFT, Western Union or MoneyGram, or USDT (Tether).
We do not currently accept credit or debit cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Please note that bank wires, Western Union, MoneyGram and USDT are irreversible once sent: they carry no chargeback right. Only send payment against a pro-forma invoice we have issued to you, and check the payment details against that invoice.
Goods-only pricing is shown on the Site in US Dollars (USD). Domestic handling is charged at the rate you select at checkout: $24.99 standard, $49.99 express, or $240 for our pallet breakdown service. International freight on pallet and truckload orders, customs duties, and import taxes (VAT/GST) are the buyer's responsibility and are quoted separately on your invoice before dispatch.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to display product photos, condition grades, unit counts, and manifests accurately. The photos shown are representative of the actual stock. Because these are liquidation lots, exact model, color, and brand splits may vary within a pallet; a line-item manifest is available on request before purchase so you can confirm the contents.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice until an invoice is issued and paid. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders affected by such errors.
5. AUTHENTICITY AND TRADEMARKS
We guarantee that branded units we ship are genuine products made by the named manufacturer. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized-reproduction goods. Brand names, logos, and product names referenced on this Site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products contained in a pallet. Liquidation Stock Direct is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorized dealer or distributor of any brand whose products may appear in our listings.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at /policies/refund-policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. SHIPPING
Shipping and freight are governed by our Shipping Policy, available at /policies/shipping-policy.
8. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual-property rights, to transmit malware, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with the Site's security or operation. We may terminate access for violations.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Liquidation lots are sold as-is except for the specific guarantees stated in our Refund Policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liquidation Stock Direct is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liquidation Stock Direct and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
12. CHANGES
We may update these Terms by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
