- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically receive standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, used to operate and improve the Site.
3. HOW WE USE IT
We use your information to: respond to quote and order requests; issue invoices and arrange payment and shipping; provide customer support in the six languages we support; send newsletters and offers if you opt in; and operate, secure, and improve the Site. We use your information only for the purpose for which you provided it, except where you have given consent for marketing.
4. HOW INFORMATION IS HANDLED AND STORED
This Site is built on Next.js and hosted on Hostinger. Form submissions (newsletter, quote, contact, and order requests) are transmitted to us through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service that forwards your submission to our business inbox. Order details you enter at checkout are also stored locally in your own browser so you can review your order; they are not processed for payment on this Site.
We do not collect or store credit card or bank account numbers on this Site. No card is charged on this Site and we operate no hosted card checkout. Because we operate an invoice / B2B model, payment is completed after we issue a pro-forma invoice, using the secure payment provider named on that invoice (a bank for wire transfers, a money-transfer service such as Western Union or MoneyGram, or a peer-to-peer payment app such as Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay or Chime). Those providers handle your payment data under their own privacy and security terms; we never receive your full card number through this Site.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use a limited set of third-party services, each only to the extent needed to operate the Site: Hostinger (hosting), Web3Forms (form delivery), and analytics/advertising tags (Google and Meta) to measure traffic and ad performance. These providers may process limited data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

The entire Site is served over HTTPS (TLS) encryption. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
