Liquidation Stock Direct ships wholesale pallets, lots, and truckloads worldwide from our United States warehouses.
Order processing
Paid orders are processed and made ready for dispatch within 1–2 business days. Our customer-service hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST, with chat available 24/7.
How pricing works
Product prices on the Site are shown in US Dollars (USD) and cover the goods only. International freight is quoted separately. At checkout you can select a freight handling option, which provides an estimate; the final freight cost is confirmed on your pro-forma invoice based on your exact destination, pallet weight, and dimensions. We are freight-forwarder friendly and can deliver to any US-based freight forwarder you nominate.
Transit times
- Ocean freight: approximately 2–6 weeks to MENA, West Africa, Latin America, and Asia, depending on destination port.
- Air freight: approximately 3–7 business days for time-sensitive orders.
- US domestic: LTL/FTL freight, typically 3–7 business days.
Transit times are estimates and begin once payment clears and the carrier or your forwarder collects the load.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Pricing is FOB US warehouse. Import duties, customs fees, and VAT/GST are paid by the buyer on import. A commercial invoice with HS codes, declared values, and a packing list is provided with every shipment for customs clearance. Use our free Landed Cost Calculator in the Tools menu to estimate total delivered cost.
Tracking
You receive tracking by email once the load is dispatched or collected by your forwarder.
