- Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Defective, damaged or mis-manifested loads: no restocking fee, and we issue a freight call tag. Non-defective returns (change of mind, market fit) are accepted at our discretion when the load comes back in original condition: a 15% restocking fee applies and the buyer pays return freight to our Hastings, NE warehouse.
